I work out!!!

So Yesterday I did Zumba and I did a class on the Wii wow I thought it wouldn't end but I had fun doing it! so today I'm going to do some workouts I got from Self magazine, Then tomorrow I will do Wii Zumba again and then on Thursday I will do Wii Active and Friday I will do PussyCat Dolls Workout DVD.

I'm on a mission I only have 11months until my Dirty 30 and I want to be in shape and healthy before that hits. So Far I have lost 6lbs but I want more like 100 more! The Hubby and I have changed the way we eat for example last night we had grilled chicken salad. normally we would eat fast food!

Damn my BF for making me look up to her! I'm so proud of her! I don't think she really knows that! so here you go Lisa my Epic awesomesauce BF! You make me want to be a better person, you make me want to eat healthier.You make me challenge myself. So Thank you for being an Amazing Mom, Friend,Woman!

Omg its football season.....

So tomorrow my 13yr old starts football practice with the new league we joined LJFL for the past 4 years we have been with Livermore Youth Football. But after a couple of season I thought it would be good to relax and actually watch my child play football instead of making parents act like parents and make them volunteer which I should add it was like pulling teeth. OMG PPL its for your kids!! but no I was constantly running around with my head cut off, Only bonus I had some awesome Coaches last season!

Fingers crossed this is his last year of Youth Football too, OMG next year he will be a Freshman..... I feel the anxiety attack coming on. My Freshman Year is when I got Pregnant with him.........   :(

Ok, so good thing about this new League we only practice 3days a week 5-7 no more 5days a week 

for 6-8pm and we play in town no more traveling to Napa, American Canyon, Antioch! No more paying $4 to go watch my son play! No More of the President of the League asking me Questions!!!! Ok now that I've vented! LMAO

Ok, so I just found this image and I find it Hilarious because my son's new team is the Packers LOL... mwahhhhhhhh!!!!

Ode to Camping

      Sorry its been awhile I'm not like my Epic BF and where I was I had no Wifi or even cell service!
so Olson camping was a blast I had the whole truck packed and the kids decide that they want to bring there bikes so (thank god for tie downs) my hubby plopped them on top of all our shit so we really looked like hillbillies.

        We arrived at Stampede Reservoir campground  up by Truckee or really 20 mins from Nevada.
Started uploading the campsite and oh wow its been awhile since we put together our Cabin(tent)**My Car could fit in it** it use to only take us 10 mins to put together nope not this time more like 35mins lmao.

    And Yes you read that right I said tent we old school it! so after the air mattress were filled and sleeping bags in place, chairs out, Mckinley tied up we where ready for anything! Except the damn CHIPMUNKS
they were everywhere! So the first day of our trip we had Hebrew Fat Free hot dogs and you should of seen my families faces it was EPIC, all I know I am banned from screwing up hot dogs I will never buy fat free dogs again I swear!

DAY 2 of the trip we woke up and  the kids had cereal and Jeremy and I had some granola and nut thing I picked threw it lol.  Then we were off to go shooting chris needed practice since he got a junior hunt tag that ( CALIFORNIA ONLY HANDS OUT 50 OF) So it was Priority that he practice and I love shooting my gun too. we bought him a cardboard deer that should the vital signs he had to make 20 in a shots. I even shot his gun and the hubbys 7mg Rifle and I hit the target in the heart twice!!!!! YEAH ME!!!!





 so Yeah these are pics from day one it was a blast no pun intended lol! Later on this day we went to Cabela's in Nevada and I bought a new hoodie its camo and the writing 
 is Hot pink! Lilo got a new camo chair too.
After we got back from that trip Yes I said Trip that place is huge! We chilled then went Fishing and swimming didn't catch shit but find out the water was nice and the kids had fun I mean MUDDY FUN. when we got back to camp my kids and I had mud in places I can't talk about OMG. so I had to baby wipe us not fun! so after that epic fun the kids took off on there bikes around the campsites they ended up making friends with some kids and riding all evening until dinner. 
Writing about dinner we had Steak and rice with Corn on the Cobb. Yumm
and smores for dessert. kids went to bed momma and daddy went and laid out a blanket and watched the stars oh yeah Lilo some how manged to get her hair stuck in her sleeping bag zipper! Again FML!

DAY 3
Duh, we woke up and the kids had breakfast then back off the the quarry to go shooting once again.
we did that for about 3hrs and had a blast! Then back for Lunch got to love Lunchables!  but we got back noticed that our pringle can had little bite marks DAMN CHIPMUNKS! so I baited the filled and watch Theodore eat them all. LOL.  Then it was off again to go fishing again didn't catch shit saw a bunch of babies thats it! ok so yes I took my Ipad with me and my Juicy Purse only because I didn't want  the truck getting broken into we were parked at the dam. Of Course the only way down to the spot where hubby wanted to fish was steep and loose dirt and rock and of Course its the time I wear FLIP FLOPS FML!
so after doing that for about in hour we left and went back to camp and the kids took off on there bikes once   again (me I'm happy they are exercising and meeting new kids on the other hand I'm yelling at 13yr old to watch his sister) Finally they come back wanting dinner ( Ribs, Beans, watermelon)!  so off to bed 2hrs later for kiddos and about an hour after the Hubby and I went to bed We were hearing walking around our tent so hubby ask me for the flashlite and he is checking things out find out its a really loud eating deer I mean LOUD!  so we go back to bed and then a couple hours go by and Hubby smells a strong pee smell *yuck* and of course through all of this our dog is snoring logs, Great Guard Dog huh?

DAY 4
We our leaving!!!!! ok first we wake up and hubby finds bobcat prints all around our campsite and then I notice a herd of deer right next to our area too. damn wildlife,  So We pack up and make sure there was no trace of us at our site. Then we were on the road to a HOT SHOWER!!!! I was so dirty I took 2 showers yesterday!!!

Last Friday Night!

There's a pounding in my head, Glitter all over the room

Pink flamingos in the pool, I smell like a minibar, DJ's passed out in the yard

Barbie's on the barbecue, This a hickie or a bruise, Last Friday night

We went streaking in the park, Skinny dipping in the dark, Then had a ménage à trois

Last Friday night, Yeah I think we broke the law, Always say we're gonna stop

Oh-whoa-oh, This Friday night, Do it all again

So Friday we had a Party for our Friend in the black shirt he turned 23 years old! We had a bunch of friends over and jello shots and a lot of shots! somehow a couple of us ended up in my pool and a tire too IDK? The Party didn't come to end until 2:30am it was a blast only one person lost his dinner on my porch (yuck) I know! We had a lot of food we did a Crab Feed I also made hot wings and Tequila lime wings and our famous cheesy bread bowls. At the end of the night we had no food left finished 2 bottles of Jagger, a lot of beer and my Vodka :(

 Even my kids had fun we cleaned the beer bong out and Chris did a sprite bong (bad mom huh) BTW I was sober I only had a couple drinks. Even Beer Pong made a appearance it was a great night!

My BF and I worked our Asses off on this Cake! BTW he loved it he is still talking about it! I can't wait to make another cake with her I hope this time she doesn't stab it like she did this one LMAO

Wow, I just woke up yep you read that right Just woke up my kids are AWESOME!!!
so last night my h
Hubby and I were watching the boobtube and Big Brother was on but did I watch it nope I fell asleep in my chair LMAO.
So this Woman went to bed at 9:30 and sleep until 10am. Lets just say wow my Muscle relaxers really knocked me out lol.
    Ok, today's news I have shown my BF Lisa the Dark side and she like it! here she even blogged about in her own words....

It's been awhile......

I'm bad so bad So spank me lol, I know I haven't blog since Friday and trust me I am hearing about it from Lisa lmafo. So today I spent the day with my doll face and I saw my snuggle bear and zack attack and Alex the great. Bad thing about today was LILO went to the dentist and had a tooth removed she had this tooth filled before and she kept getting infections so they suggested removal to stop the infection. I'll post pic of LILO at the dentist soon. So they showed me the tooth and you can tell where the infection was "my poor baby" so hopefully no more infections....

 Keeping fingers crossed So after that I went to Lisa house and we worked on a surprise can't say until Saturday and then I'll post lots of pictures.... So excited...... And 13yrd old has football camp this week and today was his first day and he is in pain. Poor little 13 yr old lmao

Momma got a new toy

So yesterday my mother in law came over to vist, we haven't seen her in a year! LILO was happy to see her, 13yr old wasn't sure he still was bothered by things. So we went out to @JOhnny garlics yummy for lunch and I had the "tequila lime chicken sandwich" omg delicious! Oh it happens to be right next to best buy oh and I happen to bat my eyes and said can we just go look? Guess who came out of best buy with a brand new ipad hehehe.... I am so in love... So yeah guess where this blog is being written my iPad baby. I had a blast face timing with my bf Lisa she was showing me the ropes. Today's dinner was a rib eye steak ranch roasted red taters and fresh local corn on the Cobb. Jeremy and I split the steak he also had crab & lobster. As you tell we went shopping today lmao they had 2lobsters for $8.50 Oh and or lunch I had. Smartone Mac nd cheese yummy. So there you go today! see what I write tomorrow. Love, me

Today is up in the air....

Hello blog, looks like today is going to be another hot/sticky one today I hear their is a cooling system coming in this weekend (when I feel it I will believe it)! As of right now its 9am at my home and inside of my home it is is chilly 83* (not really happy)

So here is the News today: Livermore high today hotter then Satan's balls.
Jeremy working on his day off, The Rockster (next door dog) went back to his loving home last night (shed a tear) see him next week I think I will have to confirm with his parents! 
Mother in law is due to arrive in a couple of hours to spend some much need quality time with this crazy household. There you have it People come back tomorrow for the local bullshit news!


LOL, so really that was fun might start doing that more! (IDK) so on Tuesday I did this and let me tell you that Pilates is no joke my ab's are killin me but yet I'm going to do it again it was super easy and it really didn't feel like I was working out but the next day whole other story!

So I'll post more later on I need to do some shit before my Mother in law gets here.

OMG I'm melting........Here u go LISA!

Omg, its a hotter then Satan's balls right now! Nice image huh? LOL nice thing about it is that I weighed myself this morning and I've lost ready for it *****1pound***** happy dance!
Today I've declared Olson indoor movie day with maybe a dunk in the pool after lunch, which I have no clue what to make my demon's. But I did make a nice treat for the dogs last night before I went to bed... here it is

1 Cup Beef Broth
2 Cups Cold Water
throw in a couple dog treats  Freeze over night.




So I did make a nice dinner last night for us humans we had steamed brown rice with chicken potstickers  and homemade egg rolls baked (not fried like normal) Very Yummy and in Portion sizes.
Then for Desert I had a pineapple fruit Popsicle.

Since Yesterday happen to be July 10th and that happen to be the release date of American Reunion I so happen to go buy the dvd and the local Wallie world $15 bucks.

it was Actually Funny! I really enjoyed it, kind of flashback to what was all happen in 1999 come on I was a freshman in high school. I really hope they make another one
 (or that could just be me)!

And since I happen to be at Wallie World I bought the demon's a couple of Dvd's too from the $5bin  Chris got the combo pack with Scary Movie 4/ Super Hero Movie & Lilo got Aliens in the attic.  they are both in the living room watching the movies.
Ok, So dinner tonight is Breakfast I'm talkin Turkey Bacon, omelet, pancakes!

I really should be cleaning but I can't seem to release my grip on my laptop.  One last thing I started reading a new book on my nook last night its the 3rd book in the series

Wow, Amazing standing ovation! this book was breath taking even down to the last page. I honestly think this is my favorite book out of them. I literary just finished reading the book and got on here right away. But When I go to write my minds is like POW, how can I put all the feelings I had in this book to words. I am speechless!

So hey this is crazy but here my blog I hope you don't hate it! LOL Ok really, I just had to it was funny come on you know you laughed! 
Welcome to my world its crazy at times, you might want to pour yourself a nice drinK. My hope for this is that instead of holding everything in and exploding on my husband at really weird times.
I would blog it, blog about the books I read blog about what crazy shit my BFF (Lisa) and I come up with next. Oh yeah can't forget I'm a Pinterest Addict, so there will a ton of shit on here from that too!

So Today was not fun, I had to go shopping for football cleats my son now wears a size 11 in 'mens' (omg) and of course the mall that is near our house is a Parent Trap they have rides and candy machines every freaking corner. So everyone and there mother is there with there sick, snotty kids touching everything and here I am telling my daughter no, no, no, no don't touch!  Sure there are hand sanitzer everywhere but do they use them Nope. I feel like I need a shower every time I go to this mall.
And going to the mall hungry on a DIET is HELL....
but for tonight's dinner is something yummy I hope its from pinterest.

Coconut Lime Chicken Bites

Serves 4

1  1/2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut

1 tablespoon finely grated lime zest

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 large egg

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

In a shallow bowl, combine the coconut, lime zest, cumin, and salt. Place the egg in a separate shallow bowl and beat lightly. Dip the chicken pieces in the beaten egg, shaking off the excess. Then roll them in the coconut mixture to coat. (I find it most efficient to work with a handful of chicken pieces at a time.)

Place the coconut-coated chicken pieces in an even layer on a rimmed baking dish or in a large glass baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Serve immediately.

Heads up: Don’t over-bake the nuggets or they’ll be chewy and dry. Cut into one after 25 minutes and if it’s nice and white throughout, it’s ready!

So I will let you know how this comes out I'm kinda excited about it!

P.s Change of Plans I did a test run on the Chicken I didn't like it so I went with a HomeMade ranch mix I made a while back and it came out EPIC even my kids and Hubby Loved it!
